Minutes of the Meeting

Excerpts from the minutes of the junior high school adviser’s meeting on June 6, 2019 at
4:00 PM in the ICT Room. The session started with a prayer lead by Mrs.Bordon. Eleven
participants were present to include the school principal, who presided the meeting. The
list of attendees is attached in a separate sheet, complete with their names and signatures.

The following were the agenda of the meeting:

1. SARDOs
2. SIP monitoring
In summary, these are the resolutions in the meeting:

 Child Mapping
 Schedule Meeting
 Discuss current situation of the school
 Orient parents on factors that lead to drop outs
 Lay-out proposed solutions
 Monitor and Adjust Quarterly Meetings

Advisers were given a copy of SF1 during the meeting so they could identify
SARDOS.

Teachers are encouraged to gather evidence that students are enrolled in ALS
In case a new learner is enrolled, teachers are instructed to inform Mrs. Bordon to
update the official count of learners enrolled in CNHS.
