General:

Check In/Check out Timings: Business Destination: Standard check in time of 12:00 PM Noon local time and above. Leisure Destination/ International: Standard Check in
time 14:00 PM local time and above. Early check in and late checkout subject to availability and may be charged extra as per the hotel policy. Hotel Policy: The hotel reserves
the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city. We will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel
due to the aforesaid reason. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. In keeping with our heightened security procedures
we request you to provide your photo-identity proof while checking-in. Indian Nationals can present any of the following which is mandatory: Passport, Driving License, Voter
ID Card. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as
a 'couple' if suitable proof of identi cation is not presented at check-in. SRI LAKSHMI NARAYANA TRAVELS will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to
the aforesaid reason. In case of No-show, the entire amount will be charged made towards the booking Extra-person charges will apply and vary depending on hotel policy.
Extra charge will be applicable for change in room category or upgrade, depending on hotel policy. The inclusion of 'extra bed' with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot
or mattress or a bed roll, as an extra bed. If the rates does not include the mandatory Gala dinner and other mandatory inclusions during Christmas, New year and other
events, these charges has to be paid by the guest directly at the hotel. If the guest/travel agent has done a hotel booking directly/through any other channels then,
addition/new booking for the same hotel/same guest would be purely in the discretion of the hotelier.
HOTEL support: Hotels Terms Of Use
In absolutely remote cases and circumstances, if the Hotel where SRI LAKSHMI NARAYANA TRAVELS has con rmed the accommodation to Customer, declines the availability
at the time of check-in to the Customer for any reason whatsoever, SRI LAKSHMI NARAYANA TRAVELS shall be liable for the following, which is in an all inclusive list for
options/ remedy to be provided by SRI LAKSHMI NARAYANA TRAVELS to the Customer in such cases:
Open General Terms Of Use In such case where the hotel has declined to provide accommodation at the time of check in, although we provided the con rmation to the
Customer, the same has to be brought to the notice immediately. SRI LAKSHMI NARAYANA TRAVELS shall not charge any cancellation/ retention fee. The same would be
adjusted towards providing an alternative accommodation if arranged by SRI LAKSHMI NARAYANA TRAVELS. In case the customer does his own arrangements SRI LAKSHMI
NARAYANA TRAVELS would refund the entire charges without any deduction. To arrange alternate Hotel accommodation in the same vicinity/location of similar category.
Further, if the alternate Hotel accommodation arranged by SRI LAKSHMI NARAYANA TRAVELS is at a higher rate; than the original rate so paid by the Customer for the former
Hotel accommodation; SRI LAKSHMI NARAYANA TRAVELS shall bear the di erence of amount to be paid to the latter Hotel. Travel from the former hotel to the latter shall be
arranged by the Customer himself. Rest of the terms and conditions shall remain same as applicable, which may di er from hotel to hotel.
