Last week, 30 September, I went to your shop in New York and bought a t-hirt, but
when I arrive home I saw there was a hole in the middle of the back.

I tried to call the costumer servisse line, but anyone could answer me; the people said
they didn´t have anything to do.

I really like buying in your company, and I never imagined it could happen, because
your people always was attentive with me, so I really don´t now what happen. So, I´m sure you
will be able to solve this problem in a satisfactory way.
