To Whom it May Concern,

Adlar Feldotte is an exceptional student. He has taken my Media Studies class at Swan Valley High School
where I work as the High School Media Specialist. Adlar has served as a mentor to younger students and
as a role model as well. Adlar lights up the library when he walks in. He has a bubbly personality and a
great sense of humor that makes him fun to be around.

Media Studies is an elective that is only offered to junior and senior students who show an exceptional
sense of responsibility. It requires the ability to work independently with little direction, to run the library
in my absence, and to provide exceptional customer service. Adlar embodies all of those abilities and
more. He is always hard at work, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Adlar’s main responsibility within the Media Studies course is to help run our V-Team (Vikings Technology
Education Assistance Mentors). Swan Valley Schools is a 1:1 iPad district so each student and staff
member have a device. The V Team was created to troubleshoot software and hardware issues that
come from those devices and other technology issues within the district. As a senior V Team member
Adlar has become an MVP who will be sorely missed next year. He is always the first person willing to
pick up a tool just to try and see how things work.

Adlar is a clear leader at Swan Valley. He has been taking on leadership roles long before he arrived at
the high school. As our current BPA President, Class President, Student Government Vice President, and
winner of Homecoming King it cannot be more clear that Adlar exudes leadership. He is also involved in
the National Honor Society, a member of the Varsity Football Team, and participates in various volunteer
activities.

Another quality that Adlar exudes is kindness. You will always find him doing the right thing and he is
incredibly friendly. All students at the high school enjoy working with Adlar and he is well-organized. His
willingness to go above and beyond in any situation is a quality that sets him apart from his classmates.
He is beloved at Swan Valley and there will be a large hole in our Swan Valley family when he heads off
to college.

I am confident that Adlar has a bright future ahead and that he will excel in anything he puts his mind to.
Adlar will make an excellent college student because he is kind, hard-working, responsible, and cares
about his education. He will be a lifelong learner and a responsible global citizen. I am honored to write
this recommendation letter for him and I know he will go far. Please feel free to follow up with me if you
