Lab reservation Please send your request to vmware-request@flane.de
Lab payment Labs can be paid by:
a) Wire Transfer: Please send your proof of payment one week prior to event start
b) Credit Card: Payment via Credit Card is possible with VISA or Mastercard
Required Credt Card Details: CC-Owner, CC-Number, Date of Expiry, CVC-Code
Lab cancellation Up to 15 days prior to event start: no cancellation fee
7-14 days prior to event start: cancellation fee: 50% of total lab price
Less than 7 days prior to event start: cancellation fee: 100% of total lab price
Lab testing Once a lab reservation is confirmed we strongly recommend to test the lab in advance. This is possible at request.
1 day Lab testing is free of charge.
