 The following performance events have been cancelled/suspended for the GMS Gator Band!
o All Afterschool Band practices and performances until further notice!!!
o Saturday, April 4th, 2020 – Concert Music Performance Assessment (MPA) for Symphonic Band
o Thursday, April 23rd thru Saturday, April 25th, 2020 – All District Jazz Honor Band
o Jazz Band Recruitment tour (Will be rescheduled later depends on school closure?)

 I LEFT MY instrument over Spring Break!….How do I get my instrument?

o Mr. Innis will be at school only on Thursday and Friday for students to pick up their instrument.
o Please make an appointment with Mr. Innis

 Tubas: I have 5 tubas left for take home practice (First Come, First Serve by apt.)
 Percussion: If you do not have your practice pad/sticks at home you will need to pickup.

 What is the procedure for picking up your instrument?

o Please setup an appointment with Mr. Innis for this Thursday, March 26th or Friday, 27th.

 Thursday Appointment Schedule: 9:00am – 4:00pm

o We will meet in front the auditorium/bus loop for pickup. No student, parent/guardian, community
member will be allowed on campus. I will have to bring your instrument(s) to you one at a time.
