About the IoT Forum
The IoT Forum is a member-based organization, which aims to:
 Promote international dialogue and cooperation for the Internet of Things;
 Organize events and conferences, such as the IoT Week;
 Develop activities and synergies with and among its members.
The IoT Forum is an open and fully independent organisation. While born in Europe, its scope
and ambition is to become the leading international forum for the Internet of Things: the
place where all relevant stakeholders can meet, dialogue, cooperate to shape the future of
the Internet of Things. Headquartered in Geneva, it gathers members from all over the world
and support national chapters across the world.

About Membership
The IoT Forum (Internet of Things International Forum) is a member-based organization. In
order to avoid unbalance in terms of representativeness of voting rights, the membership is
reserved to legal entities, such as universities, research centres, companies, alliances, etc.
Individuals can support and join the IoT Forum network by becoming “supporters”, but not as
member with voting rights.

Membership Fee
The annual membership fee is payable as per the calendar year before or during the first
quarter of the year. The membership fees amounts to:
Regular members:
1'000 Euros per year for organizations with a yearly turn over inferior to 5 Mio Euros
1'500 Euros per year for organizations with a yearly turn over between 5 and 30 Mio Euros
3'000 Euros per year for organizations with a yearly turn over superior to 30 Mio Euros
Sponsor members:
Regular membership fees plus 5’000 Euro per year.
Membership fees may evolve over time. Special conditions conditions may be applied on a
case per case basis. The membership can also be reduced for the first year when the
membership is submitted after July or when the member has paid a regular registration fee to
attend the IoT Week of the same year.

a Member of the IoT Forum, agrees:
- To respect the statutes (bylaws) and rules of the IoT Forum (available on its website);
- To allow the IoT Forum to handle and store information related to the application and
administrative follow-up of the membership of the applicant;
- To allow the IoT Forum to publish the applicant's name, its membership status, the
date on which the Applicant became a Member, and its logo on the website and in
promotional material of the IoT Forum;
- To accept that the membership is automatically renewed from year to year and that
the corresponding membership fees is due, except if the member requests by writing
(email of letter) its withdrawal at least 3 months before the start of the new
membership period (the same provision applies to downgrade membership
category);
