NOTICE TO GRADUANDS

Collection of Cloaks/ Admissions & Passes

SLIIT Convocation week will be held on from 25th to 28th of February 2020
at SLIIT Malabe Campus.

Graduands are hereby informed to collect the Convocation Admission

Cards/Passes and Cloaks on 15th ,16th and 17th of February 2020 from
the Mini Auditorium, Malabe Campus between 9:30 am to 3:30 pm by
submitting the

1. Student ID card
2. Payment receipt/ deposit slip of Rs 5,000/- and
3. Confirmation of completion receipt of “Graduands Employability
Survey 2020 (Please bring the printout of the email).

Completion of Graduands Employability Survey is compulsory for all

graduands. You can access the Graduands Employability Survey 2020
(February Convocation) through: https://goo.gl/acLU96

Important
1. The session participant list will be made available on Courseweb on
14th Feb 2020. Please refer the list to find your session and seat
number. You will require these details to collect your cloak and passes.
2. All Curtin and LJMU graduands are required to pay a refundable
deposit of Rs 7,000/- in addition to the convocation fee of Rs. 5,000/-
3. Convocation official Photographer will be available during the cloak
collection period at the NTB study area of Malabe Campus to reserve
your photographs.
