1. Mr. Wagener's work is all around. He eventually do the shipping and receiving,cooking and
mixing,molding and lastly,the cleaning. And he is an employee who overwork even though he follows his
cycled operation but still it's eight times during an eight hour per day.

2. Yes. Because of the job description,the grievance from Mr. Wagener will be settle. It's a big concern
from him because it's manpower but still didn't got a chance to be recognize and appreciate. And about
the investigation made by Mr.Grand,it was all false information because it's the opposite of what Mr.
Wageners did during his eight hours per day at work.
