FRONT DESK & TREASURY MANAGEMENT

Front Desk management module provides for registration of patient where


demographic details are captured. All visits of patient are tracked in this module. After
registering the visit services can be ordered, bills can be made and cash/credit
cards/Cheques can be accepted. The module also provides facility to schedule
appointments of patients.

IN PATIENT MANAGEMENT
In Patient Management module provides bed management functions. It provides
functionally rich workbench which allows ordering investigations, writing prescriptions
and progress notes, bed transfers, marking patient discharges, entering vitals of the
patient. You can write discharge summaries in various user customizable formats.

CONSULTING
Consulting module provides complete patient data to consultant. Consultant can view
their patient's archives, Lab/imaging/Diagnostic reports in single window. Consultant
can write his clinical notes and prescriptions, can capture images and see admitted
patients’ vitals and other information online. This module can provide interface to PACS
server to show the digital images in the same window. Interface can also be built to
Central multipara server, if any to view real time vitals. The prescription functionality can
also be interfaced with third party drug database to provide drug information and
interactions alert.

OPERATION THEATER MANAGEMENT


OT management provides functionality for theater booking and captures information of
surgeries. It also tracks utilization of OT equipments and idle capacity. You can write
anesthesia and surgical notes in various user customizable formats. You can monitor
Environmental Infection Control parameters for OT by recording results of Laboratory
Tests.
IP BILLING
IP Billing module provides functional workbench which facilitates billing of IP patients.
You can order the services, make adjustments or allow concessions in the schedule rate.
You can change the charge bed category or the schedule dynamically. It tracks the
advance and progress payments made by the patient during the stay. You can make
provisional bill, modify and then finalize.

Laboratory Information System


LIS allows you to define different tests/profiles (packages), parameters and their
default values. You can use the default templates for reporting apart from using file
based template which can accommodate any reporting modalities. It provides
seamless and efficient work flow from ordering the tests, collecting and processing the
samples up to delivery of the reports. It maintains report modification audit trail. LIS is
capable of handling outside lab business with specially designed functionality. You can
interface lab equipments to LIS to upload the result values in to LIS directly from the
machine.

IMAGING AND DIAGNOSTIC


Radiology module provides complete functionality from ordering radiology services,
creating requisitions, assigning technician, processing the test and reporting. You can
create template based reporting formats with predefined standard parameters. It
maintains audit trail of all modifications made to reports subsequent to finalization.

BLOOD BANK
Blood bank module provides end to end functionality from receipt of the whole blood
bag till its delivery to patient. The module provides excellent tracking of the whole
blood bag ,it’s separation in to blood products, monitoring inventory, disposal of
expired blood products and sale to the patients. All statutory registers can be
generated by the module.
PURCHASE
In purchase module you can create purchase orders for capital and inventory items. You
can have blanket purchase orders and can configure rate contracts. The module provides
entering of workorders for services. You can create purchase orders from purchase
indents with reference to standard rates and monitor the variances.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Inventory Management provides functionality for making GRAs for capital and inventory
items, matching them with purchase orders and posting them to inventory. It also
provides special functionality for replacements and monitoring consignment items. You
can transfer material to sub-stores based on their requests, identify shortages and
replenish them quickly. Inventory module has rich reporting functionality which helps to
monitor inventory levels and consumption.

RETAIL PHARMACY
Pharmacy module provides functionality to record retail cash as well as credit sales. You
can sale the drugs based on prescriptions received through the system, identify
substitutes on line and fulfill the patient requirements. You can manage return of the
drugs and refund money against them. You can generate transfer requests on main
stores for replenishment of pharmacy inventory.

ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM


Asset management system tracks all fixed assets of the hospital, their cost, supplier,
installation details etc. You can compute depreciation as per companies Act as well as
under Income Tax act. It provides complete functionality as to addition, retirement,
transfer and sale of asset. The module provides statutory registers for fixed assets and
also calculates department wise depreciation.
BUDGET & COST MANAGEMENT
You can define your budget for each segment of revenue and for each head of expenses.
Expense budget is maintained department wise. You can allocate actual expenses to
department and then apportion service department’s expenses to direct department.
You can know cost per unit of the service e.g. Cost per X-ray or MRI. You can also see
variance report in terms of income and expenses.

FINANCE
HMIS Financial accounting module is tightly integrated with other modules. It’s an ERP
in true sense. Every transaction which takes place in hospital is reflected in financial
books immediately. Finance module covers Accounts payable, Treasury, Doctors’
payments, Financial MIS etc.

HMIS
HMIS is the apex module functions as a main reporting module. It gives various reports
required by management for decision making. They relate to analysis of income,
sources of income, analysis of margin on sale of drugs/surgical, ALOS, Billing analysis,

Occupancy etc. It also contains graphic presentation of important trends like occupancy,
stock levels and revenue per bed day etc.

HRMS & PAYROLL


HRMS & payroll provides all functionality viz. defining job descriptions, recruitment,
Training and appraisal of the employee. You can maintain data of contract employee
and calculate their compensation. Payroll covers maintaining employee’s master data,
processing salary , statutory deductions etc.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
CRMS provides functionality to handle Business Development and Marketing activities
of the hospital. You can define and record data for various Development / Marketing
Channels viz. Seminars / CMEs / Camps etc. The module analyzes the return vis-a-vis
cost of business development and marketing. You can fix the targets and evaluate the
performance of marketing team. CRMS allows you to define custom questionnaires to
survey the patient/consultant satisfaction index.

MASTERS MAINTENANCE
All master data is maintained in this module. It contains configuration/set up of various
processes of the hospital. Definition of services/packages, surgeries, doctors, items,
beds etc are created , edited and inactivated in this module. You can create number of
schedule of charges in HMIS based on varying discounts or disallowances.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
This module is for the exclusive use for system administrators. You can define users in
this module and control their rights and privileges. You can define user rights at module
level as well as menu level. For Masters you may give View only rights to one user and
Create and Edit rights to another user. User’s powers to override the budget, to exceed
standard purchase price can be defined . You can inactivate the user when he leaves the
organization.

QUALITY INFORMATION SYSTEM


Accreditation of hospitals are must today and it requires lot of discipline in hospital to
ensure quality services are delivered. You can define various quality parameters , collect
data against it and monitor them for each department.
