The video talked about the five rules for success and the man who was talking
was Simon Sinek, and he said that we didn´t have to wait to get what we wanted, I
mean that we didn´t have to do the same things that everyone did, we were able
to break the rules, do something different to get what we want.
He said that sometimes we are the problem because we blame other people for
ouu own mistakes but we accept the responsability when we do something right,
that is to say, we have to accept our achieves and mistakes, I mean we have to
balance the equation.
We have to be capable of take care of other person that is next to us, we must be
clear that we can’t do things alone and something important is that we have to
hear and speak at the end, why in this way, we can form our own criteria to
express opinions in different situations.
