II. Job Summary
In one or two sentences, describe the major purpose of the job, the reasons it exists, and indicate the major expected

This position is responsible for on-time, quality delivery of digital transformation initiatives, either at JGS
group level, or at BU-level. It will develop rigorous and achievable project milestones & timelines. It will
coordinate across cross-functional project team members, identifying and engaging the right resources
(internal and external) as needed to deliver the project. It will actively manage project teams through the
digital transformation: assist with updates, challenge assumptions, enforce quality

It will maintain rigor of project timelines and adherence to timelines across project team. It will communicate
and maintain transparency between project teams, the DTO, and the JGS Digital Transformation Steering
Committee; ensure transparency & integrity of project impact. It will support the Digital Transformation lead
in exception-based activities and reports related to the digital transformation. It will comply with project
management standards (e.g. processes, reporting templates, review meetings, escalation procedures)
prescribed by the JGS Digital Transformation Office (DTO)

or within specific JGS BUs

VIII. Job Qualifications

Operational

 5+ years’ experience in project management role


 Or high performance individual from line management with deep project management experience
(willing to commit 12-24 months to the role)
 Strong project management / PMO experience, including project monitoring tools and basic analytics

Leadership

 Adequate seniority to demonstrate credibility in interactions with other members of project team, and
BU / JGS leadership
 Prior experience managing cross-functional teams to complete defined projects
 Ability to handle project teams and manage conflicts at different project stages
 Strong communication skills, written and verbal

Business sense

 Interest in digital and technology topics


 Strong critical thinking with ability to identify efficiencies, and cross-project dependencies
 Capable of assessing project progress situations to ensure quality, completeness and timeliness of
solution delivery
