To All the DepEd Building Advisers,

Greetings!

It is the mandate of the school to form students to become better persons. However, these past few
weeks, our students seemed to show a contrary behavior to what is expected of them. Their
unbecoming conduct is alarming that needs immediate action.

Hence, the Office of the Prefect of Discipline and the Guidance Office have collaborated to set a short
assembly to remind them on this matter. For the time being the immediate concern are the DepEd
Building occupants. We have scheduled the gathering to be on February 17, 2020 (Monday) at the
school gym and the Grade 9 will be at 10AM-12NN, while the Grade 10 will have 1PM-3PM
respectively.

Since there will be no chairs available, the students will be asked to squat on the floor for the duration
of the program. We are expecting the advisers to assist us on this matter.

Your continued support on this matter will mean a lot for the school and our students.
