(Committee Room) of the BMICH, The College considers this as the most important event ints calendar. | am pleased to inform ¥ t ou that you are qualified for the award of “Engineering Graduate Diploma.” he College is delighted to have you inthis occasion, where it marks another milestone in your academic career, and therefore please keep the above date free if you wish to attend it in person, You are expected to strictly follow the instructions given below to make this event a grandeur. 1. Its compulsory to submit by hand, oF send by e-mail the duly completed supplication form to the Deputy Registrar, Examinations on or before 28 August 2019 and confirm your participation, However, you caa opt to eceive the anerd “in absentia" by indicating so in the supplication form. 2. Altres vitally important; hence, you are expected to wear the formal dress (preferably with a blue tie) forthe Ceremony, The College will provide you the cloak end hat prior to the graduation Ceremony. You can collect them on 21 October 2019 during 8.00 am ~ 14.00 a.m. from the IESLCE counter. You should return the same immediately after the Ceremony ‘on 21 October 2019 at the BNIICH prior to collect the Certificate. 3. You are entitled for one (01) free pass for one guest. You could invite additional guests on a payment of Rs. 2,000 /= + 2% NBT each. You should declare the total number of guests inthe supplicetion form to receive the entry passes for 21 October 2019 Graduation Ceremony. Children below 12 years of age are not permitted to enter the hall 4: The College will conduct # rehearsal of the Ceremony on 20 October 2029 at 1.30 pm at the College Auditorium. Your Presence inthe rehearsal is compulsory 8 you should observe the finer points during the ceremonial proceedings, 5. Taking any form of photographs isnot permitted inside the Lotus Committee Room when the Ceremony is in progress, bt official photographer/s wil be there to cover the entire proceedings, your photograph when you recelve the award and group photographs at the end. You may contact the official photogrepher/s whose detals willbe avallable to you on 200ctober 2019 to purchase the copy/eopies of photographs of your choice. However, there Is no restriction of taking Photographs by you outside the hal 6. You should be punctual in attending this occasion, because the proceedings will take place conforming to a strict time schedule.
