Advantages of being an officer

The most asked question when choosing a career is “What are the benefints of
this?”Well, the same question pops up when you think about becoming an officer
so to make things easier I`ll present the advantages of being an army officer.

The first advantage is the paycheck ,as an officer you will earn much more
money than an enlisted soldier . Another advantage is that you can make a real
change because all of the big changes in policy and standards happen with
officers, so this is an important aspect you should take in consideration if you think
about making a change. Further more , one of the best benefits of being an military
officer is that you people truly respect you, because they understand how much
you had you work to get there.

All things considered, the benefits of a military officer really make all the hard
work worth it.

nd then—and only then—can you stand down, put down your sword and your
shield, and rest: in peace. COMPROMISE When working with other people and
dynamic situations and relationships and deals, a person, especially a leader, must
compromise. Finding the common ground between teams. Merging different
approaches to the same problem. Bridging personalities with people who might not
get along. Reaching agreements in courses of action. All of these require
compromise. And in many cases, a failure to compromise is a failure to succeed.
But those are external compromises, with other people, other humans that have
their own personalities and ethos and issues. And compromise is needed to unify.
So to work with them, compromise is a must. But internally—it’s different. With
myself, I have to hold the line. There are areas within myself where I CANNOT
compromise. I am going to work hard. I am going to train hard
