This is to inform all concerned executives that a writ petition has been filed before the Hon'ble

High Court at Calcutta, registered as W.P. No. 77774 (Wl of 2019 (SUBHASH RAMKRISHNA

BHANDARE & ORS. -vls- COAL INDIA LIMITED & ORS). One additional application being C.A.N.

No.232 of 2O2O challenging the Office Order of guidelines for promotion dated 3'd / 5th May,

2011 and other reliefs has also been filed.

A copy of the writ petition is being notified for all concerned in terms of the directions as

passed by His Lordship the Hon'ble Justice Rajasekhar Mantha on 4th February 2020.
Accordingly matter will appear in the list for hearing on 20th February, 2020.
