Like any other country, companies are finding any means to make sure they maximize

the profit. This way the managers of big companies and cooperation are using their skills to find

out way to get the employees. For example, some are lowing the age limit or increase some of

the bonuses or increasing the wage range. From this article facing the labor shortages, companies

are Snap Up Teenagers shows the challenges companies are facing today. Loveland, Colo.—

Jerry Stansbury, the president of Avionics Specialists LLC, needed to produce an airplane

instrument panel last fall, but had only two employees able to complete the task quickly. One

was out sick. The other was in high school. Thayer, who starts his days drinking chocolate milk

and blasting indie rock, works part time operating mechanical-drawing software for aircraft

parts. He came in to do the project and still had time for homework. While a good thing overall,

teens entering the workforce in greater numbers will only slow down the rate of decline of the

LFPR.

The main cause of the “labor shortage” is that more and more people are figuring out how

to have income without having to work, or at least work too much - mostly thru the SSDI fraud,

and thanks to the relaxed eligibility criteria for the plethora of transfer payments. This is terrific

news and a much-needed education for young Americans.   A decent work ethic, skills and

ability to problem solve will benefit our country and will give them a good happy life while the

entitled youth at the soulless universities wonder why they hate their lives. Therefore, many

people will be working in a low paid job since they do not have skilled labor. This will lower the
stiff competition around the market today. Although everybody if not almost all of them like

money therefore people will be looking for a short way to make money.
