- Verorab (rabies vaccine), 0.5ml, IM, statim, LOT L1054-3; ED 31/1/2017
- JE Beijing (Japanese encephalitis vaccine), 0.5ml, SC, statim, LOT LL7432-5; ED 16/1/2017

4. 1 Syringe Twinrix Adult 1 ml

Recommendation :
Doctor's Notes:
For the Hepatitis A and B vaccine :
Patient is recommended to have Hep.B test prior the vaccination (HBsAg test). However, due to limit time
that she has prior the trip, she refused to do the pre-test and prefers to directly get the vaccination
instead. The next dose of primary vaccination will be on next 1 month (30 August 2015) and next 6
months (30 January 2016). The other alternative (rapid schedule) is : 2nd dose on another 7 days (6
August 2015), 3rd dose on next 21 days (20 August 2015), and 4th dose on next 1 year (30 July 2016).
For the pre-exposure rabies vaccination :
The next dose will be on day-7 (6 August 2015), and day-28 (27 August 2015).
For the Japanese encephalitis vaccination :
The next dose will be on next 1 week (6 August 2015) or next 2 weeks (13 August 2015).
For the Typhoid vaccination :
To continue protection, you can have the injection every 2-3 years.
