Interviewer: Hi! What is your name?

Interviewee1: Hi! My name is Sanya.

Interviewer: How old are you, Sanya?

Interviewee1: I’m 20. Pursuing B.Des from NIFT Jodhpur.

Interviewer: So, Sanya, what do you think about mobile phones and this new generation of technology?

Interviewee1: Well, I think it’s great how much technology has made our lives simpler and convenient.

Interviewer: Okay! So do you find the gadgets user-friendly?

Interviewee1: I think I find iOS gadgets more user-friendly. Overall if I’ve to say then yes, I do think gadgets are user-
friendly.

Interviewer: Okay. So do you own iOS phone or Android?

Interviewee1: iOS. Definitely iOS.

Interviewer: And, why is it a definitely?

Interviewee1: Because quality matters. Apple is providing nothing but the best quality products. I can never
compromise when it comes to quality.

Interviewer: Okay, and what about the features of the phone? What do you think about the options available in both
of these?

Interviewee1: I think features with quality is what suits me. iOS provided all applications of quality standards. I don’t
really think I can trust Android with that.

Interviewer: Okay and how affordable do you find Apple products?

Interviewee1: Apple products are not so affordable for sure.

Interviewer: Why do think people buy it despite its higher premium price?

Interviewee1: Uh, I believe, it’s the brand name, reliability and the smoothness that the system provides.

Interviewer: Okay last question, did you ever face any problem with iphone that you weren’t able to resolve?

Interviewee1: Uhhhh, not that I can think of any.
