The RTGS/Cheque are in favour of �LESSORS� as per the instruction

of the Lessors and the Lessors have acknowledged the receipt of

the same towards the lease of the schedule premises and the said
advance amount does not carry any interest and it shall be
refunded to the Lessee by the Lessors at the time of Lessee
handing over peaceful possession of the schedule premises.
