3 Primary Requirements in a Mobile Device

The main requirements of any mobile device are:

 Authentication of the transaction is an essential part of the mobile payments. They

ensure that the parties who are a part of the transaction are all authenticated.

 There is a need for confidentiality of all the messages and the data which is shared or

transferred during the mobile payments.

 The transaction messages must be integrated.

 The payments parties, as well as the objects, are none-repudiated.

 Security services for the assistance of payments via mobile devices.

 Designing the security system f0or making all the mobile transactions safe.

 There is a need for extensive cryptography.

 There are certain key handling protocols.

 There is a need for packaging as well as repackaging the payment messages.

 There would be a reduction of the payment function's usability (Furnell, 2009).
