Dear Mam/Sir,

I am writing on behalf of our group in NSTP-CWTS 002, we are college student of OSIAS
COLLEGES INC. We will be having our community immersion program entitled “Buklod Kalinga para sa
Kabataan at Kalikasan”. This program aims to spend time with children ages 4 to 12 years old of
Natividad Elementary school, located at Barangay Bora, Tarlac City. We are expecting 100-250 students
as participants. We will be conducting different activities that will be a great help in improving their
health and as well as their education. The other program focuses on kalikasan, and such activities like
tree planting and clean up drive are to be done.

We will be visiting them every Friday of the week. Our Community Immersion Program will start
on 14th day of February 2020 and ends at 24 th day of April 2020.

In line with this, we would like to ask for monetary solicitation to help us achieve our
