COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course covers fundamental study of safety management and hazard,

concerning industries which are dealing with hazardous materials and
chemicals that can cause harm to environment and employees health.
The course educates students about the relevant functions and
responsibilities of a safety expert in the working environments involving
hazardous wastes, chemicals and other harmful substances which can
pollute the environment and cause health problems for people. The
course also deals with the major environmental issues with their
protection approaches. Study of different industrial safety acts, personal
protection equipments are also the part of this course.
