I think vision is the basic dimensions because it’s like the goal that we work and do every thing
to achieve it.

How would you define

Leadership = The art of being leader, by motivating and inspire people to achieve a common
vision

Management = The process of achieving goals by planning, controlling and monitoring people

Administration = the process of running a business, organization

Now read Bush (2011 p 8-9) and make a note:

 What does Cuban (1988) say is the purpose of leadership? (bottom of p 8)

By leadership, I mean influencing others actions in achieving desirable ends .

 How does Bush (1998) distinguishes between leadership and management? (middle of p 9)
