How Breakthrough Innovations have changed the way managers


run business?

As time has elapsed we have seen how many companies have


emerged and fallen, but there are other companies that have
been able to stay in business and that is due to the innovative
strategies they have constantly, good strategies promote
alignment between various groups within an organization, clarify
objectives and strategies and help focus their efforts around
them.

Because of this, many managers run the business focusing on


the R&D study, constantly looking at how they can improve their
products so that they are of better quality, easier to use for the
user, easily acquired, more durable, etc.

The revolutionary innovations of companies have been


implemented in many labor fields, both in industry and
technology, as well as in pharmaceutical products and
technological advances in medicine, without neglecting
technological and innovative advances in agricultural production.
