Sub: Submission of Documents for First Time Import through JNCH

Ref: Public Notice No. 112/2017

Respected Sir,

With reference to the above mentioned subject, we are submitting following documents
for the procedure of First time Imports.

a) Copy of IEC.
b) Copy of GST Registration Certificate.
c) Certificate from the Sberbank Bank with whom the Bank account is being maintained by the
importer certifying the signatures, name and address of the importer.
d) Proof of payment / remittance through the importers account.
e) Balance sheet of the previous year if the firm was in existence in that year.
f) Copy of the last Income Tax Return / VAT or Sales Tax Return filed if it is an existing firm.
h) Copy of Aadhar card or Passport of Proprietor/partners

procedure of First time Exports/Imports.

a) Copy of Aadhar cards of Partners

b) Copy of Partnership Deed
c) Copy of Income Tax Return Assesment Year 2018-19 with Form GSTR-3B
d) Certificate from the Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd with whom the Bank account is being maintained by
the importer certifying the signatures, name and address of the importer.
e) Copy of GST Registration Certificate.
f) Copy of IEC, company PAN , Partners PAN
