ADVERBS OF FREQUENCY

WHAT IS AN ADVERB?
•Words that describe a verb. ex:LY=MENTE
QUICK RAPIDO.
QUICKLY RAPIDAMENTE.
SLOW LENTO.
SLOWLY LENTAMENTE
Adverbs of frequency.
• They describe how often an action occurs. In Spanish words like
siempre, nunca, una vez al dia, dos veces al mes.
• We have 2 types
- Indefinite
- Definite
Indefinite adverbs
Position of the indefinite adverbs
• If the verb is verb to be, it goes first and the adverb goes second
I AM ALWAYS IN THE POOL.

second.
