● Revised in 2012

● To provide optimal care to community
● To acheive and maintain an acceptable
standard of quality of care
● To make the service more responsive and
sensitive to the needs of the community
IPHS for various levels
● SUBCENTER:unified funds and annual
maintenance grants are provided
● The account is operated jointly by the ANM and
sarpanch
● IPHS 2012 categorized subcenter Type A and
type B
