Project Engineering Intern (July 2019-August 2019)
– Teamwork: Coordinated with 10 team members to study and find variations in the assembly line.
– Critical thinking: Observed and analyzed the assembly processes and found a defect that coated bogie in
used again and again and paint is not being removed.
– Communication skills: Presented the manager with a problem in line and recommended solutions to
prevent slow production due to continues coating in assembly line.

Hardworking: Worked on the balancing of the Refrigerator Assembly line, enhancing the balancing efficiency
of the line by 15% to increase the daily production.
Critical thinking: Carefully examined the assembly operations by workers to increase worker’s efficiency by
12% to decrease the fatigue faced by the worker.

PSWO Welfare Organization (2017-present)
– Documentation Director: Documented events, writing points of meetings, proposals for sponsorship and
posts for facebook. Organized more than 4 workshops on career counseling and conducted multiple
visits to old age and orphanage houses.
IOH&CF (3-4 April 2019)
– Volunteer: managed open career house at UET. Facilitated the automated company for conducting
interviews. Helped HRs to conduct more than 200 interviews and arranged a meeting with mechanical
department.
