Job profile:-

 Overall responsible for Finance department


 Business partnering with CEO
 presentation to Directors and shareholders
 Providing business analytics and key business indicators
 Managing Financing for the project
 Audit and financial closure
 Long rang plan
 Annual operating budget
 Judiciously analyzing and interpreting accounting information, formulating
cost effective budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine
difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective
actions

 Decision support to Top management, direct interaction with CFO, CEO, Board
members
 Financial plaining and analysis- Monthly financial vs Budget (AOP)
 Preparation and presentation of Annual operating plan to Board and shareholders
 Long range plans- 5 years, 10 years, 30 years
 Budgetary controls
 Margin Maximization, Cost Optimization and initiatives to reduce cash burn.
 Management reporting, MIS, Business Planning, Product pricing and profitability.
 Capex evaluation and approval. 
 Government/Grantor/Lenders report submission
 Intercompany reconciliations
 AR/AP ageing analysis.
 Cash flow statement
 Financial closer and Group reporting in IFRS, IGAAP.
 Interaction with External/internal Auditors for quarterly audits and annual audits
 Financial Planning and Analysis for Mobile and enterprise business across the
geography (India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Africa)
 Competitor (External) benchmarking analysis
 Cost audit for Bharti Airtel Ltd, Tele media business and subsidiaries.
 Preparation and presentation of Annual Operating Plan, Budgets and long rang
plan.
 PAN India Tower wise profitability analysis
 PAN India Retailer level churn analysis
 Variances Analysis with Annual operating plan (AOP)
 Commercial evaluation of product, NPV and payback calculation
 Profit & Loss Analysis i.e. tracking the actual performance and KPI’s month on
month basis and analyzing the causes for variances with responsibility of
reducing the variance levels with active coordination with the process owners
 Balance Sheet Analysis i.e. Ageing of CWIP, Debtors, Creditors, Unearned
Revenue, Position of Loans and Advance, Creditor Overdue, Opex Payable,
Reserve and surplus, Loans, Inter Unit Balances, ageing, etc
