WAIVER

any obligation in connection with my rights to a parcel of land known as Blk24 Lot 49
situated at Balubad Settlement Phase 2, Nangka, Marikina City containing an area of
twenty four (24) square meters to RENATO M. CASTRO, JR., of legal age, Filipino,
and a resident of B83 Lot16 Magat Salamat St. Concepcion Dos, Marikina City.
