POD 30 – discharged

POD 27 to 30 – Patient had good response.

To continue Daptomycin for 14 days.

POD 26 – Neurologist opinion sought and

Daptomycin added.

POD 13-26 – on Teicoplanin – but patient stayed febrile (mild-

mod) with all other investigations for fever – NEG (malaria,
dengue, x-ray chest) but started having high grade fever spikes
+ backache
POD 12  MRI s/o subcutaneous abscess at the
site not tracking into epidural space – debridement
under GA done

POD 7  readmission with severe backache &

fever CBC blood c/s sent – s/o Heavy growth of
MRSA : started on linezolid & vancomycin
POD 5 – discharged
POD 3 – Frank Pus from Insertion Site 
Catheter removed  Swab & Tip sent for C/S 
Antibiotics started

Left VATS and Right Open pulmonary

metastatectomy under GA + Epidural
