Complete scaffolding ‘means there is present ladder access, scaffolding tags are present (green for okay installed by Scaffolding Supervisor, (Red means not allowed) to enter the scaffolding ~ Complete the Planks (Working platform) without open areas where workers wil all before workin. = Complete the guard rll, midral and toe-board before workin. ~ Advice the Workers to be wearing safety harness on any work above 1.5 meters above scaffolding, Tor RAIL FULL CLOSED Bocaive ‘OPEN EDGES ON SLAB "No work i allowed near open edge as close to 2 meters. Work can resume only when the area is barricaded or when worker is using lifeline that is attached to rigid structure. = Allow Safety Department to install ifeline and barricade before proceeding the workers to work, Page tofSLAB CONSTRUCTION AND FORMWORK ~ There should be 60cm allowance to allow workers and guardrails to be place on the edges ofthe slab during construction. ~ Disallow workers to work on dangerous open edges for their safety and advice safety as soon as possible to correct before proceeding to work. HOUSEKEEPING = Help and Facilitate to clear area of workarea before undertaking any work to avoid trip and fall hazards = Promote segregation of materials to avoid obstruction and blockage of pathways. PPE All Workers involved in wood cutting such as jigsaw or bench saw should wear correct PPE such as Gloves, Safety Googles and Dust Mask. = Gloves and Safety Googles should also be used for casting concrete and stel ing. Responsibility of Forman/Charge-hand to look after workers to ensure safety harness is worn any work above 1.5 meters.
