B, CONTRACT DUE DATE Please note that we are currently not holding any space for the above-mentioned group. Please acknowledge acceptance by signing the agreement by latest 24 October 2017, so that we may proceed with the necessary arrangements. C. CHECK IN TIME Check in time is at 2, 00 PM, Guests arriving prior to said time will be housed at the blocked rooms when are ready as they become available. Early check in will be charged 50% of the agreed room rate. D. CHECK OUT TIME Check out time fs at 12 noon. Guests requiring a late check out until 16.00 wib will be charged 25% of the agreed room rate, until 18.00 wib will be charged 50% of the agreed room rate and after 18.00 wib will be charged 100%. E, CUT OF DATE The Final rooming list is due 03 days prior to arrival, the date is 24 October 2017. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the hotel prevaiting rates and will be credicted to the Group’s Guest Room Block. F, CANCELATION POLICY Group cancellation should be in a written notice and received by the hotel at least 07 days prior to the group’s scheduled arrival. Group that cancel this contract without cause upon written notice will be charged a payment of an amount based on the following scale.Period Prior to Expected Arrival Cancellation Fee Between 7 days prior arrival 50% Between 3 day prior arrival 100% for one night charge G. REDUCTIONS IN NUMBER OF GUEST ROOMS (ATTRITION) + Between 14 and 7 days a reduction of 5% in the total number of room nights will be allowed without any charge being incurred. If the variation is greater than 5%, then 85% of the reduced ‘number of room nights will be charged. Force Majeure: In an event of force majeure, an act of God, civil disorder, war our labor dispute no cancellation fees will be due. H.
