In my opinion I feel that the whole process of selecting patriots and training, and
everything that entails being in the team, does it perfectly, it really impacted me
that they take the time to meet their family and the close people of the player
before hiring him, which is very good to know where it comes from and what
mentality it brings to see if it fits. The ability of coaches to also lead and train, not
only those who play, but also the substitutes is incredible because they are giving
the same importance as the players, which is very good for everyone to be
perfectly trained, it really is something I had not heard in any other team of any
sports branch.

Also another point that should be noted are the commitments of the players with
the team, make them compromise in the statistics they must achieve, until
committing to good food, good performance, training, with statistics manage to
motivate all players which is excellent, since in my opinion it is very good that
everyone is motivated so that they can more easily meet their objectives or goals,
It is also very good that they meet on set dates to see where they are failing, to see
where they can improve, what changes must be made to continue in their goals,
that is very good because they make them improve and discard the bad, and thus
easily reach their goals as a team, united and thus know how to work in a team.
Something that also surprised me a lot is that they not only commit to having a
good behavior within the game, but also outside, since many children the players
are an example to follow, and seek to do or have the same behavior, and it is very
good that also in the contract they sign, they have to commit to having a good
behavior outside the field, so they can be a good example for all those people who
follow them.

In my opinion this is what caught my attention, what surprised me most that I had
not heard anywhere else, it is incredible the great planning they have with
everyone who makes up the team, not just the players, in order to reach meet their
goals, the great leadership that coaches have to make players meet their statistics,
the great importance they give to their environment and motivation, and the great
individual and team work they have to do, is something very admirable all the
administration they carry to be both good players, good teamwork, and examples
to follow before society, that we should all learn when we have or are in a team.
