OF GASEOUS CO2 (PROCESS BY‐PRODUCT) ON LONG TERM BASIS  
FROM BANKIA, RAJASTHAN

Deep  Industries  Limited  (DIL),  having  its  corporate  office  at  6th  Floor,  Astron  Tower,  Opp.  Fun 
Republic Cinema, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad intends to sell gaseous Carbon‐di‐Oxide (CO2) from the 
gas collection & processing plant battery limit of Bankia (Near Ramgarh, Distt. Jaisalmer, Rajasthan) 
on as is available basis.  
 
The quantity of CO2 available for purchase with other details is given in the table below. The final 
saleable  quantity  of  CO2  shall  be  fixed  depending  upon  the  outcome  of  the  deliberation  with  the 
interested parties after the receipt of the EOI.

DIL invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested parties for outright purchase of CO2 from its 
gas facility at Rajasthan. The bidder shall set up its own infrastructure outside DIL, Bankia facility for 
transportation  of  CO2  beyond  the  point  of  delivery  up  to  its  unit.  Bidders  who  are  interested  to 
participate in the above mentioned EOI should adhere to the below mentioned points. 
 
1. The bidder must have the facility to transport the products produced. 
 
2.  The  bidder  has  to  submit  copies  of  their  Notarized  Sales  Tax  and  /  or  Excise  registration 
certificates.  
 
3.  Bidder  must  submit  the  attested  copies  of  audited  balance  sheet  and  profit  &  loss  a/c  for  the 
financial years FY 2011‐12, 2012‐13 & 2013‐14. 
 
4.  The  bidder  must  have  all  the  statutory  licenses  &  clearances  from  the  concerned  Govt. 
Department for handling/processing of hazardous gases. 
 
5. DIL will consider providing land to bidder for setting up the processing/ transportation facility for 
CO2  on  long  term  lease  basis.  The  party  shall  install  the  plant  and  shall  operate  the  facility.  The 
bidder has no right to use the land for any other purpose.

2.  DIL  reserves  right  to  accept/reject  any  offer  submitted  in  response  to  this  advertisement  without 
assigning any reason whatsoever. 
3. DIL reserves right to shortlist bidders, whom it deems eligible and qualified, based on the requirement 
of  DIL  and  invites  them  for  participating  in  the  tender  for  purchase  of  gaseous  CO2  succeeding  the 
Expression  of  Interest  based  on  the  technical  evaluation  of  the  documents  submitted  by  the  bidders. 
The decision taken by DIL in this regard shall be final and binding on the bidders. 
4.  After  receipt  of  the  EOI,  the  eligible  bidders  may  be  called  for  discussion  to  address  technical  & 
commercial issues, if any. The date for the same shall be intimated later. 
5. Successful bidder(s) at the end of the tendering process should execute a CO2 sale agreement with 
DIL for a period of minimum 5 years. 
6. Not withstanding anything contained herein above, in case of any dispute, claim and/or legal actions 
arising out of this invitation, the same shall be subjected to jurisdiction of courts at Ahmedabad.
