information can be dispersed to a large population very quickly.

marketing and community education. Not only this organization each and every organization in the
world is using YouTube for marketing and providing information of the organization and products

business such as:-

2 What are the ethical issues that need to be considered for youtube when you put important
information related to your organisation?

If we are posting information about people we need to ensure we have their consent.
Discussion: - manager replied to this question very good that if we are posting information about
people we need to ensure that we have their consent. Without the consent of the people it is against
law. So whenever we post something on YouTube which is related to the other person it is our moral
duty to ask the person about it. It is also ethnical if we do this without the consent of the person.

explained the role and duty of every individual member of the team.

between the members and the leaders occur also resolves. And also provide support to those who feel
negative or unsecure.
Norming:- in this stage some member have to give up their own ideas and have to go with the ideas

responsibility of their duties and put their full strength to achieve the objectives of the team.
Performing: - not all teams reach in performing stages if a team reach in performing stage they work
independently. Individual members have become self-assuring, and the need for group approval is
past. Members are both highly task oriented and highly people oriented. There is unity: group identity
is complete, group morale is high, and group loyalty is intense. The task function becomes genuine
problem solving, leading toward optimal solutions and optimum group development
Adjourning: - it is the last and the final stage of the team development, adjourning involves
