PRE-TRIAL ORDER

In today’s pre-trial, Atty. Albert Jericho V. Taruc appeared for the

plaintiffs, while Atty. John Carlo G. Sacubo appeared for the defendant Mei
Kut Tsei. The presence of plaintiff Maxine Medina and defendant Mei Kut
Tsei is likewise noted.

The plaintiff and defense adopted the Minutes of the Preliminary

Conference held last April 24, 2017.

Atty. Taruc and Atty. Sacubo reiterated their respective admission

and denials as to the stipulation of facts they made during the preliminary
conference.

There being no other matters to take up, the pre-trial is now

considered closed and terminated. The parties are given five (5) days from
receipt of the Pre-trial Order within which to suggest correction/s should
they find any error/s therein. After said period, no amendment shall be
allowed and the Pre-trial Order shall control the proceedings in the case.
The parties and their respective counsels are notified of the scheduled
date of hearing in open court which is considered non-transferable.

SO ORDERED.
