1. It is humbly submitted that the JDRs are Depositing Demand Drafts

drawn in favour of Principal District Judge, W.G., Eluru of SBI, Bhimavaram for an

amount of Rs. 3,51,662/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty One Thousand Six Hundred

and Sixty Two Only) under D.D.No. 510745 towards the full satisfaction of the E.P.

amount. Hence, Hon’ble Court may be pleased to order for depositing the said

amount in CCD to the credit of the above case in the ends of Justice.

2. The Original Demand Draft bearing No. 510745, Dt. 20.04.2017 is annexed

along with this Memo.
