BY-LAW

This association called Syndicate Bank Colony owners and residence Welfare Association formed
wholly for the benefit and welfare of of the residents of this area called Syndicate Bank Colony
hereinafter called the Association to be registered with the registrar.

Constitution of office bearers of Association consists of o president, two vice presidents,


secretary and a treasurer. For convenience of active functioning , assistance are elected consisting of
second vice president , joint secretary, organizing secretaries and a ladies wing secretary. For looking
after the legal aspects of the Association a legal Adviser has been elected. When an office bearer resigns,
a new office bearer has to be co-opted by the Executive Committee Board. Committee members are
also elected by the general body once in 3 years. The vice president will function as president in the
absence of president in writing. It is applicable to all assistant posts in writing. No automation shall be
binding on the association.

Purpose of the Association:

Wholly for the welfare and protection of owners and residence of this area only. For getting our
rights and benefits from the government both central and state , a close co-operation with the
government bodies like Panchayat, corporation , Electricity Board etc, will be maintained. For getting
the present roads renovated and new roads whenever necessary have to perused to be laid as caretaker
role. Follow-up actions will be maintained by the Association. For getting proper electric supply, lamp
post lamps and any other grievances from time-to-time. All ordinary members have equal rights to
cooperate and voluntarily work for the association. Everybody is equal for the association.

Bank A/C:

A bank account will be opened with Syndicate Bank or Canara Bank whose officiers have their
stewardship to form this bank colony. Bank will be operated by the president ,V.P no.1 and the treasurer
for convenience. Any two of the signatories will have to be signed to withdraw cash or to effect a
transaction binding on the A/C. All deposits of cash , cheque or any other instruction will have to be
signed by any one of the signatories only or the office bearers. Any stop payment instruction have to be
signed by one of the signatories only.

Enrollment of members:

Every owner or resident will be enrolled as member with registration fee of Rs.500 and a
monthly subscription of Rs. 50 or such enhanced amount as per Executive meeting from time-to-time.
Now payable from 01-01-2020 as decided by last general body meeting. The treasurer has to volunteer
to collect the subscription without delay. All cooperation has to be paid by the office bearers and every
member of the association. Subscription can also be collected in advance too for administrative
convenience. other issues like disturbance due to dogs, pigs, briyani shop is already dealt by the legal
adviser advocate. Other issues like sound disturbance have to be dealt with cooperation of all
concerned. A children’s park has to be perused to be created when briyani shop land is vacated.

This new by-law will come in force from 01-01-2020, which is signed and approved by executive
members and office bearers.
