To Whom it May Concern:

My name is Lindsay Hill. I am a second grade teacher at Plymouth Scholars Charter Academy in
Plymouth, Michigan. I have had the pleasure of working with Kailyn Stahl for the past two
years. I can confidently say that Kailyn would be a wonderful asset to your school.

Kailyn is a wonderful teammate. She works cooperatively with our team of three on a daily
basis. Kailyn is regularly bringing new ideas to our second grade team to provide engaging and
rigorous activities for our students. She often takes on tasks that support our team and our school,
with great initiative and a positive attitude. She presents herself as a hardworking, professional
teacher and she has proven to be a dependable coworker.

Kailyn uses a variety of assessments to gather data to determine her students’ comprehension,
learning needs, and academic progress. She analyzes the data to drive her instruction to meet her
students individual needs. She plans differentiated lessons and implements them through an
organized and well thought out workshop model. Kailyn meets her students where they are at,
she supports their learning, and she encourages them to use higher level thinking as they
continue to grow. In addition, Kailyn takes the time to build a mutual relationship with every one
of her students. She forms connections and takes interest in her students so that she is able to
support them in the best way possible.

Kailyn will be an great addition to any school. She regularly goes above and beyond for her
students and her coworkers. She is always consistent and dependable. She is a wonderful teacher.
I would strongly recommend Kailyn without hesitation.
