Subject : Allowance for (“Al Thumama Stadium Project”)

Dear Azit,
Please be informed that as effective from 23 rd April 2018, you shall be entitled to receive
following allowances. The allowance shall be paid every month along with the payroll as
per its eligibility:-
a) QR 125 (QR 1500 ticket cost of their destination divided by 12) (One Hundred
Twenty Five QR) per month as Air Ticket Allowance for a period of one year for
the purpose of traveling to native land. This allowance shall only be paid for the
duration that you are working for the Project. Please note that you will be
responsible for booking the ticket during the period you are receiving the Air
Ticket Allowance.
b) QR 150 (One Hundred Fifty Qatar Riyals) per month as Special Project
Allowance for a period of 12 month starting from the date you started your duty at
the Project. This is being paid towards hardship that might have been caused to
you when shifted to Qatar.
All other terms and conditions of your Employment Agreement will remain unchanged.
