Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

The most important fact for my professional development is interest. I don’t do

anything if I don’t feel curiosity. Throughout my career, I have noticed that there is
a wide variety of approaches and issues that converge in oil engineering but there
are some that have captivated my attention and made me feel identified and with
which I showed and continue to show interest.

In the same way, I believe that the challenges that life has put on me have also
been the cause of great efforts and the passage of great victories because that
inner voice will always be telling you that if you can achieve it and no matter what
the People or limit you will get what you want.

Another thing that has always characterized me is independence, I have been

educated to be a woman who does not need anything or anyone to have what she
wants, and living alone since my 18 years has allowed me to learn to survive by
my efforts and have things as a personal triumph. ; which I have adopted as my
lifestyle, where I live for myself and do things for my happiness and satisfaction but
not to keep people happy. Security and relationships are closely linked, in my life
how I project with people and the confidence that I have generated have allowed
me to generate bonds and good friendships, allowing me to trust myself and my
abilities.

On the other hand, despite the fact that other people believe that variety is
necessary, for my daily life, it is not so essential because in every job I do, I am
putting my stamp and making everything pleasant and perfect, generating I pass
recognition from my superiors or colleagues but in the end the greatest recognition
I seek in life is to be the one who really dreamed and that my family says it with
pride.

Finally, the least relevant aspects for me is to live or work as if it were all
competition or simply for money, as I mentioned above I do things to feel
satisfaction and see how my personal growth evolves but I do not live to compare
myself with others or work only for economic incentives.
