Neapolitan pudding

Ingredients
3/4 cup refined sugar
1 Can of LA LECHERA® Condensed Milk
1 Can of CARNATION® CLAVEL® Evaporated Milk
1 Package Cream cheese at room temperature (190 g)
5 Pieces Egg
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Instructions
Pour
1.-Pour the sugar in a flanera and heat over medium heat so that the caramel forms; Carefully tip the pan to cover the
surface and walls.

Liquefied
2.-Blend LA LECHERA® Condensed Milk with CARNATION® CLAVEL® Evaporated Milk, cream cheese, eggs and vanilla
essence. Pour the preparation into the flannel and cover with aluminum foil, sealing the edges. Place in a container and
cook in a double boiler in the oven at 180 ° C for 1 1/2 hours.

Withdraw
3.-Remove from heat and let cool completely; Unmold and serve.

POZOLE

1 kilo of cacahuazintle corn without head


1 whole garlic head
1 ¾ loin or pork leg
400 grams of clean pork legs

Preparation

The corn is rinsed very well and decapitated (because if it doesn't, it doesn't “flower”), and it is cooked to cover and

PREPARATION MODE
Cook the tomato with the green chilies, grind with the garlic and onion, the cumin, garlic and cinnamon, and fry in butter
or oil. When it is well fried, add the epazote, coriander and ground parsley and, finally, the pepita and the golden and
ground almonds together with the poblano pepper, also roasted and ground. Add a ball of dough the size of a walnut.
When everything is fried, add the chicken stock, and this is already cooked and broken into pieces. Season over very low
heat.

Crepes

INGREDIENTS

2 cups milk
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 pinch of sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Preparation method

1. Use a non-stick frying pan to make them look perfect, we don't want broken or “nibbled” crepes where the filling
could come out.

2. Do not mix the ingredients by hand, rather add everything to the blender, grind and strain so that there are no lumps
left.

3. Incorporate essences and scent herbs to flavor and personalize the crepes, depending on the filling you are going to
use.

4. Always let the dough rest, at least an hour before starting to cook.

5. Before pouring the dough, add a portion of butter and distribute it with the help of an absorbent paper.

6. Always cook over medium low heat, so that you give each side a chance to cook perfectly without browning. When
you fill you can leave a little more time to get a crispy crepe.

7. Once you pour a little of the mixture, move the pan and rotate so that the dough is evenly distributed. If missing you
can add a little more.

Horchata water

Ingredients
1 Cup Cooked rice
4 cups water
1 Can of LA LECHERA® Condensed Milk
1 Piece Cinnamon
1 Can of CARNATION® CLAVEL® Evaporated Milk
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 cups ice

Instructions
Liquefied
1.-Blend the rice with LA LECHERA® Condensed Milk, CARNATION® CLAVEL® Evaporated Milk, water and cinnamon.

It serves
2.-Strain, serve in glasses with ice and decorate with ground cinnamon.
