 ABSTRACT

Title of the study: Effect of gadgets on Science Technology Engineering and

Mathematics student at Don Eulogio de Guzman Memorial National High

School

Researchers: Amaze Robie C. Villaseca

Kevin D. Lorenzo

Many people have a wide range of opinions on if gadgets are having a

positive influence on students or a negative, there is a vast amount of evidence

to support both of these arguments. The researchers want to find out if the

effect of gadgets on Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics student

at Don Eulogio de Guzman Memorial National High School is a negative or a

positive one.

The researchers made survey in fifteen (15) STEM students. The

researchers then gather the results and they found out that the respondents

are negatively affected by gadgets in terms of health but positively affected by

gadgets in academic performance.
