Dear Sir/Madam

We all are aware that problem solving skills are essential to an efficient lawyer. However,
‘problem questions’ have slowly disappeared from our curriculum as well as our
question papers.

Realising the importance of problem solving skills, a small beginning has been made in
this direction from this session onwards.

Accordingly, in the Criminal Procedure papers of both 5th and 6th semesters, 20 marks
out of 60 marks of the theory paper have been assigned for ‘problem questions’.

May I take this opportunity to request you to initiate your Cr.P.C students to the domain
of problem solving!

Feel free to share your experiences regarding syllabus content or teaching Cr.P.C. or
any other academic input.

Wishing you and your learners happy problem solving!
