FOR CANCELLATION OF MULTIPLE PASSPORTS

To facilitate the general Public, Ministry of Interior has constituted the following
committees to consider/decide cancellation of such duplicate Passports cases:-

i. In the first instance, applicants will surrender fake/incorrect CNIC

with NADRA office of proper jurisdiction, for cancellation. NADRA
may issue a certificate/token for confirmation of surrendering the
fake/incorrect CNIC.

ii. Thereafter, the applicant shall submit following documents to the

Directorate General of Immigration & Passports, Hqrs, Islamabad.

a. Certificate/Token from NADRA regarding surrendering of

CNIC obtained in fake particulars.

b. Statement on oath on Rs.20/- non-judicial stamp paper, duly

attested by Oath Commissioner (as per specimen at Page
No.06).

c. An application on a plain paper, addressed to Director

General Immigration & Passports (as per specimen at Page
No.06).

d. Copies of both CNICs/CRCs.

e. Passport in original if obtained on the basis of surrendered

CNIC. In case the Passport has been acquired on the basis of

retained/correct CNIC, a copy of the passport is to be
attached.

f. Copy of the token (if applied for passport and blocked in

AFIS).

g. Attested copies of documents (educational, birth, domicile and

other certificates in support of his/her actual name.

iii. Applicants may submit applications to the Directorate General

Immigration & Passports (Hqrs) Islamabad in person/through mail.
Zonal heads / Missions abroad may also forward complete cases to
the Directorate General Immigration & Passports on the above
specified, format.
iv. After initial scrutiny of documents, cases falling under major
Deviation shall be referred to special branch for verification, so as to
ascertain the true identity of the applicant.
v. On receipt of report from special branch in cases of Major Deviation
the matter shall therefore be placed before the Ministry’s Dup
Review Committee for final decision.
vi. After approval of cancellation of multiple passports, blacklist cell shall
issue a letter to NADRA for permanent data blockage/release.
vii. However, in case of applicants within Pakistan, original clearance
letter from IMPASS shall be collected by the applicant in person.
viii. Name of the individual shall be removed from blacklist after
production of letter from NADRA confirming permanently data
blockage / released, if found so.

ix. Fee Register shall be maintained at BL Cell.
