SBS TRANSIT ROBLOX COVID-19 UPDATE ON OPERATIONS AND SERVICES

Background

SBS Transit Roblox Ltd (the ‘Company’) wishes to announce that the Company has
published several changes to the operations of the public bus service.

COVID-19 Updates

1. The changes mentioned by the Company in this document will take effect from 03 April
2020, 6PM.

2. The Company will restrict the operations of shifts and training sessions to between 6PM
and 12AM on weekdays. In response to the reduction in operational timings, the
Company will host more shifts and trainings for the time being till further advised by the
Government and the relevant ministries.

3. This is part of the Company’s effort to ensure work-life-study balance with regards to the
Ministry of Education’s move to a full, home-based learning for schools and institutes of
higher education.

4. The Company will ensure that its fleet of public buses remain accessible throughout the
entire day, including the blackout period from 12AM to 6PM. Operations and services will
not be affected during weekends.

5. The Company’s staff will abide by the aforementioned update and we seek your
understanding that it is for everyone’s safety and work-life support that we are
implementing this operational restriction.

6. The Company will continue to monitor the situation and may further implement other
measures when required.

The Company believes that the changes in operations will enable all staff to have a better
work-life balance during this stay-home period. With your support, we will overcome this
together.

None of the Directors of Company has an interest, direct or indirect, in the above. No
controlling shareholder of the Company has an interest, direct or indirect, in the above.
