Key points for scanning whole body

1. foot: toes are relaxed and foot is put on the ground, not stepping. Only when foot is
completely relaxed, can it take power from earth.
2. ankle: feel hollow inside, and warm.
3. knee: feel joints are open and relax in all directions.
4. waist: feel hollow inside and relax in all directions.
5. back: feel the lower back loose down, the back bones are gently stretched up without
pressing to each other.
6. neck: feel soft and flexible, feel head is light and suspending.
7. shoulder: loose down and open to both sides, feel chest is hollow.
8. elbow: loose down and feel soft.
9. wrist: feel hollow inside, keep straight or naturally curve.
10. hand: finger joints are relaxed and hollow, palm is naturally spread in middle way.
11. space above head: keep gentle awareness on space above head, so that the body can be
slightly “lifted”and movement becomes light.
12. feel that all the tendons and energy channels are relaxed and breathe well.
