We are looking for a formulation and process for thin cracker to be made in standard biscuit line
on shape
texture
some blister like doritose
corn flower, corn starch, modified starch, small potion wheat flour, pulse flour,
gums for binding, or any ingredient which create the texture, mouth feel and taste
we expect a curving after baking so that final output will create much volume
after baking we do oil spray then apply seasoning and pack in pillow bag and sell as snacks category
